Executive Director

Rochelle Hesford

Rochelle Hesford is a dedicated change leader and the driving force behind Southwest Montana Youth Partners as its Executive Director. With over 20 years spent championing K-12 afterschool programming, Rochelle has made it her life’s work to live out the Southwest Montana Youth Partners belief that early investment in children improves our collective future.

A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Rochelle expertly balances her organizational leadership to make the world a better place around her. She is focused on leveraging innovative partnerships with the goal of Igniting Youth Potential and fostering long-term community well-being.

She has been with her husband for 32 years, and together they have raised two adult sons. A true lover of the outdoors, Rochelle finds her own inspiration while outdoors, soaking up the beauty of the Boulder Valley with her beloved dogs. For Rochelle, making the world a better place starts right at home in the community she loves.
